In a Contingency Search, a fee obligation results with the hiring or accepted offer of employment by the employer of a referred applicant within one year of the original referral date. Fees are based upon the total amount of the estimated annual compensation offered to the applicant which includes, salary / bonus, salary / commission, draw / commission or straight commission compensation programs Fees are calculated as a percentage per each thousand dollars of the first years compensation offered to the candidate.

Retained assignments are ideal for the client company that desires a proactive involvement in personnel development. The normal retainer is a mutually agreed upon amount, with 1/3 paid upon initiation of the search and the remainder paid upon successful completion of the search.  The advantages of the retained search  service are numerous but include the total attention of our staff, committed to the satisfaction or your staffing needs in a specific time frame.
